Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what the website may process when you practise, create an account, use shared exams, request AI essay feedback, or submit a payment receipt.

1. Information the Service handles

  • Account details: email address, display name, account identifier, and authentication information handled by data sites. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and the authorized data sites process the information needed to authenticate you.
  • Study activity: answers, scores, completed-exam history, streak dates, and related review information. Some activity is saved in your browser; signed-in activity may be synced to the account database.
  • Educator and shared exams: educator-created questions and source material, and answers, written responses, learner names, and results entered by people taking an invite-link exam. The educator who owns a shared exam can view its submissions.
  • Premium and payment requests: plan and discount-code information, payment reference, and the receipt image you choose to submit. Receipt details are sent to the service operator through a authorized emails for manual review.
  • Technical and local data: the browser may store an authentication session, exam progress, preferences, and history in local storage. Basic request information may also be processed by the hosting and service providers that deliver the app.

2. How information is used

Information is used to sign you in, save and sync study progress, calculate practice results, provide educator features, process plan requests and discount codes, review submitted receipts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain the Service.

The Service is not designed to sell personal information or serve targeted advertising. This does not prevent infrastructure providers from processing data as necessary to provide their services.

3. AI essay feedback and abuse monitoring

If you submit a non-empty response to the RLA extended-response AI checker, your task prompt, source passage, written response, account email, account identifier, subject, and submission time are first sent to the Service operator's configured Telegram chat as an audit record. The audit record is sent before the AI model is called so the operator can review potentially abusive use of AI resources. It contains the full prompt, passage, and response in a text attachment. If the audit cannot be delivered, the Service does not start AI grading for that request.

After audit delivery, the task prompt, source passage, and written response are sent to authorized AI to generate practice feedback. This means the Service operator process the essay content in addition to AI Audit records may be reviewed to investigate misuse; confirmed abuse can result in Premium being revoked or the account being suspended. Do not include passwords, financial credentials, or other sensitive information in an essay.

4. Service providers and sharing

The Service relies on third-party providers. Front-end libraries may also load from external content-delivery networks.

Information is shared with these providers only as needed for the features described above, and with the educator or authorized site administrator where the product's features require access to student submissions or account-linked study records. The Service does not publish your private exam history to other students.

5. Storage and retention

Data saved in local storage remains on that browser/device until it is removed by the app, browser settings, or the user; it may be visible to another person who can use an unlocked or shared device. Cloud account data is retained as needed to operate the Service, keep history available, support educator review, and handle security or payment records.

Archiving an exam attempt in the app does not necessarily erase it from the database; archived attempts may remain available to an authorized site administrator. Shared-exam submissions are associated with the educator's exam and may remain until that exam is deleted. Receipt images sent to authorized administrators may remain in their emails or chats. Therefore, please only upload your payment receipts not any other privacy stuff.

6. Your choices and requests

  • You can clear local data through your browser's site-data settings, but doing so may remove unsynced progress.
  • Use the account's available history controls to archive eligible exam attempts.
  • For account-data access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the Service operator through the official channel where you obtained the Service. Some records may need to be retained for security, educator review, or payment administration.

7. Security

The Service uses authentication, database access policies, and server-side checks intended to protect account information. No website, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your password private, sign out on shared devices, and do not send payment passwords, one-time codes, or bank login details in a receipt.

8. Children and other people's information

Do not submit information about another person unless you have permission or another lawful basis to do so. If local law requires a parent or guardian to authorize your use of an online service, obtain that permission before creating an account.

9. Changes and contact

This policy may be revised when the Service's features or data handling change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published. For questions or privacy requests, contact the Service operator through the official channel where you accessed the app.
